FODDER PRODUCTION CONTROLLER WITH THE MANAGING EFFECT OF THE QUALITY OF FODDER, AND A CONTROLLING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A fodder production controller and a controlling method thereof are provided to automatically control the water supply to the fodder during a mixing and fermenting process of the fodder. ;CONSTITUTION: A fodder production controller comprises the following: a fermentation hopper(30) fermenting fodder raw materials supplied by a first hopper(10); a loading hopper(80) receiving the fermented fodder from the fermentation hopper; a mixing hopper(40) mixing the fodder raw materials supplied by a second hopper(20) and the fermented fodder; a moisture detecting sensor detecting the moisture of the fodder inside the fermentation hopper, the loading hopper, and the mixing hopper; and on and off valves(55,65) for inserting the moisture into the fermentation hopper and the mixing hopper.
