PURPOSE: A formation method of ultra-hydrophobic surface capable of reversible conversion is provided to form the ultra-hydrophobic surface easily by processing alkyltrichlorosilane in the in the object having the nano structure in the surface. CONSTITUTION: The formation method of ultra-hydrophobic surface capable of reversible conversion includes the step of processing C18-24 alkyltrichlorosilane in the surface of object having nano structure. Alkyltrichlorosilane is octadecyl chlorosilane. Nanofiber is selected from nanowire, and nanotube or nanorod. Nanofiber is group consisting of C, si, ge, gaN, gaAs, gaP, inP, inAs, znS, anSe, cdS, cdSe, WO3, tiO2, znO, mgO, siO2, cdO, V2O5, siC, B4C and si3N4.
