The present invention provides a method of forming a superhydrophobic surface capable of reversible transformation and a method of forming a superhydrophobic and superhydrophilic pattern on a surface through reversible transformation of the superhydrophobic surface. According to the present invention, the superhydrophobic surface can be easily formed by treating alkyltrichlorosilane on an object having a nanostructure on the surface. In addition, since the surface can be converted to superhydrophilicity again by irradiating UV on the surface, it is possible to form a patterned mixture of superhydrophobicity and superhydrophilicity.
