PURPOSE: A flexible polymer electrode composition is provided to improve operation durability and stability through high electrode/electrolyte interface adhesive strength and the flexibility of an electrode layer. ;CONSTITUTION: A flexible polymer electrode composition for a polymer actuator includes: 2.5~15 parts by weight of conductive filler based on 100 parts by weight of a polymer material solution including 10~30 weight% of a polymer material and 70~90 weight% of a mixed solvent of water and alcohol; and 2.5~15 parts by weight of conductive filler. The polymer material is one or more selected from Nafion, Flemion, and Aciplex.
