摘要

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing R- Fe(iron)-B series of rare-earth magnetic powder for a bond magnet, a magnetic powder manufactured by the method, a method of manufacturing a bond magnet using the magnetic powder and bond a bond magnet manufactured by the method are provided to enhance a magnetic property by separately performing a hydrogen emission process and a re-bonding process using a cheap starting material and controlling the emission of hydrogen gas. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing R- Fe(iron)-B series of rare-earth magnetic powder is as follows. Process scraps and R-Fe-B series of rare earth sintered magnet scraps are roughly crushed. Crushed materials are filled in a tube furnace and hydrogen is filled in a vacuum state, after which the temperature of the tube furnace increases to 200~300 C. The temperature of the tube furnace increases to 700~900 C under the same atmosphere. Until the inner hydrogen pressure of the tube furnace becomes below 340~10^-1 torr at the same temperature, hydrogen is emitted for 1~30 minutes.
