摘要

PURPOSE: A nano-structured thin film, a surface emitting light source and a display apparatus employing the nano-structured thin film are provided to reduce a volume and to enhance a resolution, a clearness, a density and a brightness. ;CONSTITUTION: A surface light source thin film(100) includes a dielectric layer(10) and a nano structure(20). The nano structure is arranged cyclically at the dielectric layer. The light coming out from the dielectric layer has an orientation by the nano-structure. The nano structure is made of a metal or a dielectric material with a dielectric constant different from that of the dielectric layer. The dielectric layer includes an active thin film layer for generating the light.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
