PURPOSE: A method for scheduling a resource allocation for an inter-cell interference control of a cellular communication system, an apparatus thereof and a base station are provided to effectively schedule resource allocation in order to control the inter-cell interference of the cellular communication system. ;CONSTITUTION: A bitmap generating unit(310) receives scheduling information from the base stations of a plurality of adjacent cells. The bitmap generating unit creates the scheduling information that includes the bitmap information for the resource allocation of a magnetic cell by using the received scheduling information of adjacent cells. A scheduler(330) schedules the resource allocation about a terminals within the magnetic cell that based on power allocation information and the scheduling information that is transmitted from the bitmap generating unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
