PURPOSE: An insole for mountain-climbing shoes is provided to relieve alleviate a phenomenon that toe is pressed in the front of shoes.;CONSTITUTION: An insole for mountain-climbing shoes is constituted as follows. In the front of the insole, lateral through-holes and front through-holes are punched. A string(3) is inserted into the through-holes and fixes the insole into the plantar. Three annular parts(5) into which toes are inserted and fixed are supported the secondary uppers of leather part and make the insole independently supported in the plantar when a user wears mountain-climbing shoes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
