PURPOSE: A bottom pad for shoes and shoes using the same are provided to ventilate the shoes, thereby preventing from sweating, having athlete's foot and stinking. CONSTITUTION: The bottom pad for shoes comprises an air valley which is composed of at least 2 rows of 1x5 mm pole type projections and is located on a sole sheet inside the shoes. The air valley is made of a buffer material such as flexible plastic, silicone or flexible urethane. The projections are formed integrally to the bottom material of shoes. Alternatively, a separate pad is formed with the projections on one side of the pad and an adhesive tape on the other side of the pad and is used by attaching to the inner side of the shoe.
