PURPOSE: Powder core, immersion solution and method of the powder core are provided to protect environment since there is no need for a washing process using organic solvent corresponding to a post process.;CONSTITUTION: An immersion method of powder core is as follows. Immersion solution is manufactured(S11). The powder core is positioned in a vacuum tank(S12). The immersion solution is injected into the vacuum tank and immerses the powder core(S13). The immersion solution is injected into the surface gap of the powder core by applying of pressure(S14). The immersion solution is removed from the vacuum tank and the powder core is washed(S15).
