BOARD HAVING HALL AROUND LOWER PART

PURPOSE: A bulletin board having a lower opening hole is provided to prevent pollution of notice materials or bills by being sealed four sides by combining with a frame. CONSTITUTION: An assistant plate copes with the front side of a base plate and is combined. A transparent cover board(400) copes with the front side of the assistant plate and is combined. A frame(100) is combined in the edge of the combined the base plate, the assistant plate, and the transparent cover board. An aperture hole(420) in which input and output of notice materials are possible is formed in the lower part of the transparent cover board.
