PURPOSE: A novel pharmaceutical composition with constant release is provided to continuously release drug without affect to the gastrointestinal condition.;CONSTITUTION: A novel pharmaceutical composition contains 25-300mg of levosulpiride and soluble polymers or insoluble polymers. The soluble polymers contain one or more of hydroxypropylene cellulose, polyethylene oxide, carbomer, hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, xanthan gum, and Arabia rubber. The pharmaceutical composition also contains 2-60 weight% of pH adjusting agent. The pH adjusting agent includes furmaric acid, citric acid, maleic acid, tartaric acid, alginic acid, maleic acid, succinic acid, boric acid, or pharmaceutically acceptable pH adjusting agent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
