PURPOSE: A flux bearing wire is provided to ensure excellent welding workability and an excellent mechanical property of weld metal in all welding positions and enhance heat resistance since C, Si, Mn, Ti, TiO2, A, Al2O3, B, N and Mg are added.;CONSTITUTION: A flux bearing wire is as follows. Flux charge rate to the entire mass of a wire is 10 ~ 25 mass%. C : 0.02 ~ 0.10mass%, Si : 0.05 ~ 1.50mass%, Mn : 1.7 ~ 4.0mass%, Ti : 0.05 ~ 1.00mass%, TiO2 : 1.0 ~ 8.0mass%, Al : 0.20 ~ 1.50mass% are added, to the entire mass of the wire.
