PURPOSE: A vibration damper using the interlayer deformation of a rahmen frame is provided to improve the structural stability of a structure by reducing and absorbing a horizontal load through frictional resistance between a friction fad and a friction plate. CONSTITUTION: A vibration damper using the interlayer deformation of a rahmen frame comprises horizontal members(110), vertical members(120), connection plates, extension units, friction plates, friction pads, first and second fastening holes, and fastening units. The horizontal members are extended in the longitudinal direction of upper and lower beams. The vertical members are extended in the longitudinal direction of left and right columns. Mounting grooves are arranged on the connection plates. The friction plates are formed on the front and rear surfaces of the extension units. The friction pads are in contact with the friction plates. The first fastening holes pass through the connection plates. The second fastening holes pass through the extension units and the friction plates. The fastening units couple the connection plates and the extension units.
