PURPOSE: Calcium aluminate-based clinker using wastes and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to obtain eco-friendly calcium aluminate-based clinker by mixing asbestos wastes, municipal solid waste incineration ash, water treatment sludge, gypsum, fluorite, and silicon carbide in a pre-set ratio.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing calcium aluminate-based clinker includes the following: 30 to 70 parts by weight of water treatment sludge, 10 to 40 parts by weight of asbestos wastes, 1 to 5 parts by weight of silicon carbide, 5 to 15 parts by weight of gypsum, and 2 to 10 parts by weight of fluorite, based on 100 parts by weight of municipal solid waste incineration ash. The mixture is sintered in a sealed space for 1 to 2 hours at temperature between 1000 and 1300 degrees Celsius. The temperature raising speed of the sintering process is 10 degrees Celsius/min. The gypsum is selected from a group including desulfurization gypsum, phosphogypsum, hydrofluoric acid gypsum, and the mixture of the same. The municipal solid waste incineration ash includes CaO and Cl. The water treatment sludge includes Al_2O_3 and SO_3.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
