PURPOSE: A method of fabricating for rapid palatal expander and a rapid palatal expander using the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and corrective therapy costs by forming austenitic stainless steel same instead of a material like titanium.;CONSTITUTION: In a method of fabricating for rapid palatal expander and a rapid palatal expander using the same, two pairs of band units(102') have a plurality of holes(104,106,108). One side of the hole in the edge of the each band is opened to outside of the each band. A hole and a steel wire unit(110) are combined through each laser welding method.
