PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for transmitting/receiving inter-cell interference information in a communication system are provided to offer the interference sensitivity of a terminal located in a serving cell and an HII(High Interference Indicator) which distinguishes the transmission interference of the terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A controller(508) inspects the location of a terminal in a service area. The controller controls an HII generation part in order to set the interference sensitivity of the terminal using the inspection result. The controller checks the location information in an adjacent cell. A transmitting unit(506) transmits the HII about a specific resource to the adjacent cell by the controller.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
