PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for transmitting control information for inter-cell interference in a wireless communication system are provided to efficiently reduce intercell interference in the communication environment of a heterogeneous network.;CONSTITUTION: A method for reducing intercell interference is determined. One of precoding information or antenna information according to time frequency resource is transmitted based on the method for reducing intercell interference to a second base station. The precoding information directs a PMI(Precoding Matrix Indicator) which is used through a first base station according to a subframe or a PMI which is used according to the subframe through a second base station.
