POLYNUCLEOTIDES DERIVED FROM ALG12 GENE COMPRISING SINGLE NUCLEOTIDE POLYMORPHISMS, MICROARRAYS AND DIAGNOSTIC KITS COMPRISING THE SAME, AND ANALYTIC METHODS FOR AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDERS USING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A polynucleotide containing a SNP derived from ALG12 is provided to be used as a clinical marker for ASD(Autism Spectrum disorder). CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide contains a SNP derived from ALG12(asparagine-linked glycosylation 12, alpha-1,6-mannosyltransferase homolog (S. cerevisiae)) gene. The SNP is 331th base of sequence number 1, 251th base of sequence number 2, 301th base of sequence number 3, and 201th base of sequence number 5. The length of the polynucleotide is 10-100 nucleotides. A primer and a probe for diagnosing ASD contain the polynucleotide or complementary polynucleotide thereof. A microarray for diagnosing ASD contains the probe.
