PURPOSE: A waist stretching exercise device is provided to prevent nerve oppression due to location change of cartilage.;CONSTITUTION: A waist stretching exercise device comprises a lower body(100) and an upper body(200). Upper and lower panels are attached to the waist stretching exercise device. The lower body edge housing(12) accepts the edge of the lower panel. The upper body edge housing((22)) accepts the edge of the upper panel. A lower panel shaft and an upper panel shaft are installed in the right and left corners of the lower panel and upper panel.
