PURPOSE: A non-invasive blood sugar measuring method and a method thereof are provided to place a target to be measured on a reference location, thereby minimizing a Raman scattering signal due to a measurement location change. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(100) functions as a route to an external device connected to a blood sugar measuring device(10). A controller(200) controls the entire operations of the blood sugar measuring device. A communication unit(300) transmits data which are generated by the blood sugar measuring device. A measuring unit(400) provides a blood sugar measuring function. A storage unit(600) stores a program for an operation of the controller.
