PURPOSE: An electronic modulator is provided to weld a ceiling surface peripheral part of a vibration plate to an opening peripheral part, thereby forming double supporting structure using a small number of components.;CONSTITUTION: An electronic modulator(10) includes a permanent magnet(13a,13b) and a lower side frame(12) fixing one magnetic pole side of the permanent magnet. The electronic modulator includes a magnetic circuit comprised of a plate(14a,14b) which is fixed to the other magnetic pole side and an upper side frame(11) forming an opening(11a) in the other magnetic pole side. The electronic modulator includes a lateral surface part(15b) of longitudinal direction and a vibration plate(15) arranging a voice coil pattern(15g) to a ceiling surface part(15a). A peripheral part of the ceiling surface part of the vibration plate is welded to a peripheral part of an opening of the upper side frame passing through an upper side gasket(16).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
