PURPOSE: A cardiopulmonary resuscitation practicing method and a control method thereof are provided to accurately and simply check and manage handoff time.;CONSTITUTION: A cardiopulmonary resuscitation practicing device(100) includes a mannequin(110), a sensing unit(120), and a display unit(130). The mannequin has a human shape so that a user practices cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the mannequin. The sensing unit is placed in the mannequin and senses breast pressing and artificial breathing which are performed on the mannequin.
