PURPOSE: An apparatus for improving efficiency in a low electricity field of a Doherty amplifier is provided to increase amplification efficiency by forming the output impedance of a carrier amplifier in the low electricity field of a Doherty amplifier.;CONSTITUTION: A Doherty amplifier divides signals, which are inputted in a Doherty amplifier, into 2 power signals in a power divider(300). The two power signals are provided to a peaking amplifier(306) and an carrier amplifier(304). A transmission line(302) concords the phase locked between the signal offered to the peaking amplifier and the signal offered to the carrier amplifier. Offset lines(308,310) perform load modulation in the non-operation state of the peaking amplifier. A first Quarter-wave transmission line(312) and a second Quarter-wave transmission line(314) operate a Doherty which changes load impedance according to the operation of the peaking amplifier.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
