PURPOSE: A cell imaging method for referring the interaction between a film protein receptor and ligand protein by the fluorescence resonance energy transfer is provided to effectively and rapidly screen novel ligand.;CONSTITUTION: A cell imaging method for referring the interaction between a film protein receptor and ligand protein comprises the following steps: producing expression vectors expressing combination protein of protein to be imaged and first fluorescence protein, and combination protein of LRP1 and second fluorescence protein; transforming the expression vectors with host cells to obtain a transformed bodies; and detecting the expression of a FRET phenomenon to determine whether the protein to be imaged is the ligand protein of the LRP.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
