PURPOSE: A microfluidic apparatus is provided to easily implement a mixing process regardless of the kinds of fluid and maintaining the purity of a mixture by omitting the use of a catalyst.;CONSTITUTION: A channel part forms a flow path for fluid which is ionized to obtain polarity. A plurality of fluid introducing parts(15) is in connection with the channel part. A fine fluid channel structure(10) includes at least one fluid discharging parts(16). An alternating magnetic field generating part(20) forms alternating magnetic force with respect to ionized fluid by being located at the external side of the flow path of the channel part.
