PURPOSE: A stripper for a rolling mill is provided to enhance quality of a rolling product since the water level of cooling water in a stripper is uniform on each point so accuracy of a roll cooling model incrases.;CONSTITUTION: A stripper for a rolling mill comprises a wiper unit(120) and a collecting unit(110). The wiper unit is arranged to make tight contact with a work roll(10) pressing a material. The collecting unit is connected to the wiper unit and collects cooling water sprayed to the work roll through a cooling nozzle(30). The collecting unit comprises an insulating panel(111), which prevents cooling water from becoming discharged to the side of the collecting unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
