PURPOSE: A piezoelectric device and a power generator including the same are provided to effectively create the electric power by enhancing the electric conductance of a PVDF and to be used as a non-polluting alternative energy source.;CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric element(110) comprises a PVDF thin film(112) and an elastic body(114) which is deformed by external force. A piezoelectric device(100) comprises an electrode in which current is passed through by the voltage which is generated due to the deformation of piezoelectric element. The metal chloride in order to enhance electric conductance is added in the PVDF thin film. The metal chloride comprises one and more materials among cuCl2, znCl2, niCl2, alCl3, coCl2, feCl3 and MnCl2.
