PURPOSE: A power generator using a piezoelectric element, an electronic device including the same, and a power generating method using the same reduce space constraints by applying pressure to the piezoelectric element through a vibration pad.;CONSTITUTION: One or more mediums (11,12) move within a piezoelectric element power generator by the movement of the piezoelectric element power generator. A case (10) receives one or more mediums by being combined with a piezoelectric element (14). The case includes an opening to restrict the movement of the medium. The medium is in contact with a vibration pad (13) through the opening.
