PURPOSE: A method for producing transformed sperm using pluripotent spermatogonial stem cells is provided to improve production efficiency of a transgenic animal.;CONSTITUTION: A method for producing transformed sperm using pluripotent spermatogonial stem cells comprises: a step of introducing an expression vector containing a gene to the stem cells to prepare transformed pluripotent spermatogonial stem cells; a step of culturing spermatogonial stem cells in a culture medium containing retinoic acid(RA) to differentiate germ cells; and a step of transplanting the germ cells to a testis tube and growing the male animal for 6-12 weeks.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
