PURPOSE: A jig, for friction stir welding, and welding method using the same are provided to enable a user to control intervals between probes and welding materials and to monitor a gauge that a probe is located between welding materials.;CONSTITUTION: A jig, for friction stir welding, comprises a base, a frame part, a horizontal guide part(30), a fixing part(40), a controlling part(50), a gauge(60). A soldering probe is installed on one side of a base. A guiding protrusion(24) is projected on a route that soldering probe moves. A space is formed in inside. A horizontal guide part guides the frame part to move side to side. The frame part fixes the fixing part to the base. The controlling part is located on the side of the frame part in order to control the location of the frame part toward the base.
