COMPOSITION FOR IMPROVING BLOOD FLOW AND A NEUTRACEUTICAL FOOD CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A composition for improving blood flow and a neutraceutical food containing the same are provided to suppress cholesterol synthesis and to ensure excellent bile acid binding ability.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving blood flow contains a fraction having 100kDa molecular weight, isolated from a fermentation prepared by fermentation with Lactobacillus. The fraction is isolated from an organic solvent extract isolated with an organic solvent. The fraction is isolated from supernatant of the organic extract. The organic solvent is ethanol. The Lactobacillus is Lactobacillus acidophilus. A method for preparing the composition comprises: a step of inoculating the Lactobacillus to Discoreae Rhizoma and fermenting; a step of performing ultrafiltration of the fermentation to prepare fraction by each molecular weight; and a step of isolating the fermentation with the organic solvent.
