The present invention relates to an eco-friendly embedded cast-in-place pile construction method that reinforces seismic resistance and horizontal resistance performance, and more particularly, injecting grout material into a drilling tool, and incorporating a pile into the drilling tool. And installing a pressurizing device on the head of the pile, pressurizing through the pressurizing device, and injecting the injected grout material into the pores of the ground around the drilling tool to form a grout material bulb, and after removing the pressurizing device. It relates to an eco-friendly embedded cast-in-place construction method for reinforcing seismic resistance and horizontal resistance performance comprising the step of additionally injecting grout material into the space between the pile and the drilling tool. Therefore, the present invention is to increase the pile diameter and ground reinforcement by injecting grout material into the ground voids around the drilling tool as well as the drilling tool to secure the pile tip bearing capacity and the principal friction, as well as the load-sharing effect and the load transfer effect are significantly improved. It has excellent horizontal resistance and prevents soil and groundwater contamination.
