The present invention relates to a bridge bearing apparatus for reinforcing earthquake-proof and vibration isolation performance, which can sufficiently support the loads generated at normal times and in case of an earthquake even when the embedded length of anchors or anchor sockets of a bridge bearing is insufficient with respect to stationary horizontal and vertical loads applied to the bridge and horizontal, vertical, and pullout loads applied thereto in case of an earthquake, and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises: a supporting bar installation step of being embedded in coping parts of a pier and an abutment; a bridge bearing support plate arrangement step; a supporting bar and bridge bearing support plate fixing step of fixing a support bar and a bridge bearing support plate by using U-shaped bolts; a concrete pouring step of embedding the supporting bar and the bridge bearing support plate in concrete; an anchor socket fixing plate coupling step; and a construction completion step of pouring and curing seismic mortar. Therefore, the construction method allows the supporting bar and the bridge bearing support plate to be embedded in rebars of the coping parts and integrated with the rebars and allows the bridge bearing to be coupled thereto, thereby exhibiting earthquake-proof and vibration isolation performance by a sufficient support force even when the length of the anchor sockets is short, can increase the efficiency of replacement construction and exhibit sufficient earthquake-proof and vibration isolation performance even at the time of the replacement construction after the construction, and can be constructed to prevent sliding of the bridge bearing, thereby increasing resistance to a horizontal force and increasing the density of seismic mortar by applying the seismic mortar.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
