PURPOSE: A handrail for the emergency exit of a railway is provided to reduce the manufacturing costs and the maintenance costs using a simple rope member.;CONSTITUTION: A handrail for the emergency exit for a railway comprises a left supporter(100a), a right supporter(100b), a left handrail member(200a), a right handrail member(200b) and a first rope member(300). The left supporter and right supporter are respectively rotatably installed in the left side and right side of a door plate(11). The left supporter and right supporter are installed in the inner surface of the door plate with folded. When the door plate is spread, the left supporter and right supporter are circulated.
