PURPOSE: An M-PIV(micro-particle image velocimetry) is provided to accurately measure velocity field without a separate inputting of fluorescence particles or trace particles.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring velocity field of blood sample comprises: a laser source(10) for generating laser light; a dichromatic mirror(20) for reflecting the generated light source as a scanner; an objective lens(30) for focusing the laser light to the sample; a sample setting device for setting the sample to inject the laser light; and a detector pin hole(40) for collecting the light generated from the sample. The laser light source is tunable laser. The dichromatic mirror has a beam separator and two mirrors.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
