PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a graphene compound is provided to increase the dispersion concentration of the graphene compound in an organic solvent without water and a surfactant.;CONSTITUTION: A graphene oxide is prepared. Phenylhydrazine is added into the graphene oxide to be reduced at a temperature between 0 and 100 degrees Celsius for 1 to 240 hours. A graphene compound is obtained. The graphene oxide is obtained by oxidizing graphite or expanded graphite. The concentration of the graphene oxide is between 0.01 and 100mg/ml.
