PURPOSE: A lipid extracting apparatus, a fish powder producing apparatus including thereof, and fish powder are provided to economically supply the fish powder as feed for culturing fish and domestic animals.;CONSTITUTION: A lipid extracting apparatus comprises the following: an extraction tank(20) for inserting fish; a solvent spraying device for spraying heated water or ethanol in the pressure of 50-3,000bar for crushing the fish; a solvent tank(41) for storing the 10-60(v/v)% ethanol as a solvent; a heater(42) heating the solvent inside the solvent tank at 25-90deg C: and a nitrogen injector(43) injecting nitrogen into the solvent tank for removing oxygen from the solvent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
