摘要

PURPOSE: A micro speaker structure with high efficiency using conductive adhesives is provided to prevent piece vibration by reducing influence on the movement of a vibration plate.;CONSTITUTION: A frame(1) has space in the inner surface. A magnet(2) is attached to the lower surface of the frame. A yoke(3) forms a magnetic circuit in the bottom side of a magnet with the magnet. The outer end part of a vibration plate(4) is fixed to the top end portion of the inner side of the frame. A voice coil(5) is cylindrically wound in the lower part of the vibration plate. A PCB(6) is formed in the bottom surface of the vibration plate. A first shouldering part(50) is formed in the end part of the voice coil cylindrically fixed by winding. A second shouldering part(51) is formed in the opposite end part corresponding to the first shouldering part. Conductive adhesives(7) are uniformly spread on the rear side of the vibration plate from on the first shouldering part and the second shouldering part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
