PURPOSE: A device having the functions of a high-pass terminal and a black box is provided to prevent the exposure of a wire by supplying power using a solar cell.;CONSTITUTION: A device(10) having the functions of a high-pass terminal and a black box comprises a fixed plate(20), a body(30), a front camera, a rear camera(45), a room mirror(47), a high-pass antenna, a high-pass card connecting port, and a memory card connecting port(63). The fixed plate is fixed to the inside of a vehicle. The body is connected to fixed plate by a ball joint and rotates. Components are installed in the body. The front camera is mounted on the front of the body and takes images of the front area.
