PURPOSE: A boiler using the waste oil is provided to guarantee the high energy efficiency increasing the combustion heat and the contact space of heating tube and the time by the combustion heat circulates through the outer circumference of the heating tube, and is exhausted to outside.;CONSTITUTION: A boiler using the waste oil comprises a combustion chamber(1), a combustion container(2), a smoke exhaust chimney(3), and a heating container(6). A blowing pipe(9) is installed in the combustion chamber. The blowing pipe has an air jetting pipe(7) having a plurality of through-holes. In the air is a blower(8), it is provided to the blowing pipe. The smoke exhaust chimney is installed in the position spaced from the outer peripheral surface of the combustion container. It is connected with the combustion chamber. In order that the separate space is formed between the flue gas cask and liner, the flue gas cask is connected to an outer container(10).
