PURPOSE: A synchronous motion controller of a multi-head embroidery machine is provided to reduce vibration and noise and to maintain embroidery product quality.;CONSTITUTION: A synchronous motion controller of a multi-head embroidery machine comprises: a communication part which transfers standard speed command value to a servo motor derive of a principal axis and longitudinal axis; an operation part which is formed for controlling the servo motor of the principal axis and longitudinal axis; a sensor which measures the speed and position of the principal and longitudinal axis; a calculation part for recording speed comparison, error measurement, speed, and position; and a memory part for storing data and interpreting the state.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
