PURPOSE: A portable and foldable roll type electric pipe unwinding device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by equipping a separate unit which is supporting a roll type conduit.;CONSTITUTION: A portable and foldable roll type electric pipe unwinding device comprises a supporting frame(100), a holder(200), a seating place portion(202) and a supporting member(300). The supporting frame is foldably hinge-coupled with the supporting frame which equips a leg portion. The holder is rotatably coupled with a rotary shaft in the upper of a supporting frame. The seating place portion is prepared along the columnar direction edge of the holder. The supporting member is equipped between the supporting frame and holder.
