PURPOSE: An epoxy resin hardener is provided to heat-cure an epoxy resin through the mixing with an epoxy resin and to be suitable for the preparation of a hardened film having high heat resistance while not causing a yellowing phenomenon.;CONSTITUTION: An epoxy resin hardener has a structure represented by chemical formulas 1 or 2. A method for preparing the epoxy resin hardener comprises a step of condensing compounds represented by chemical formulas 3 and 4. In chemical formulas, X is a tetravalent organic group including a substituted or unsubstituted C4-30 aromatic ring or aliphatic ring; Y is a substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aromatic divalent organic group; and n is the number of 0-20.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
