PURPOSE: A mean flow stress estimation method for rolling of high-strength precipitation strengthened steel and a rolling load estimation method using the same are provided to estimate a mean flow stress caused by high-temperature precipitation of Nb and V added for precipitation strengthening and to estimate a rolling load based on the mean flow stress.;CONSTITUTION: A mean flow stress estimation method for rolling of high-strength precipitation strengthened steel is as follows. A Misaka MFS(Mean Flow Stress) according to carbon content is calculated. A developed MFS is calculated based on the Misaka MFS through an equation, MFS developed=MFS Misaka*(a+b*Nb+c*V), wherein 1.0=a=1.2, 1.0=b=1.5, and 3c=b.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
