PURPOSE: A submerged nozzle for controlling the initial scattering of molten metal and an initial scattering control method using the same are provided to secure soundness in initial solidification of molten metal and reduce the scattering of molten metal toward the wall of a mold or the outside of the mold.;CONSTITUTION: A submerged nozzle for controlling the initial scattering of molten metal comprises a body(25') which has a hollow shape with one end open and the other closed and a controller(100) which is installed in the hollow portion of the body. In the body, jetting holes(25a) are formed in a part adjacent to the closed end.
