ORGANIC-INORGANIC HYBRID HAVING LOW COEFFICIENTS OF THERMAL EXPANSION SINCE INORGANIC PARTICLES ARE DISPERSED WITHIN A POLYIMIDE RESIN IN A NANO SIZE AND A METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A method for preparing an organic-inorganic hybrid is provided to prepare an organic-inorganic hybrid with excellent thermal characteristics since inorganic particles are uniformly dispersed and the size can be controlled.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an organic-inorganic hybrid comprises the steps of: (i) preparing a silica-metal oxide solution by dissolving core-shell type silica and metal oxides in a solvent; (ii) performing the reaction by adding a polyamic acid solution to the silica-metal oxide solution; and (iii) heating the solution obtained from (ii) step. The core-shell type silica includes an amino group or a carboxy group and has the size of 1~3 nm.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
