PURPOSE: A method for preparing an organic-inorganic hybrid is provided to prepare an organic-inorganic hybrid with excellent thermal characteristics since inorganic particles are uniformly dispersed and the size can be controlled.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an organic-inorganic hybrid comprises the steps of: (i) preparing a silica-metal oxide solution by dissolving core-shell type silica and metal oxides in a solvent; (ii) performing the reaction by adding a polyamic acid solution to the silica-metal oxide solution; and (iii) heating the solution obtained from (ii) step.
