PURPOSE: A surgical apparatus for orthodontics surgery is provided to simultaneously perform jaw correction surgery and orthodontic treatment.;CONSTITUTION: A surgical apparatus for orthodontics surgery comprises: a jaw fixing unit(110) which is combined with jawbone and fixes a fracture part; and an anchorage(120) for orthodontics which is equipped in the jaw fixing unit in order to perform orthodontic operation and is installed in the oral cavity along with the fixing unit.
