PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a nano laminated film is provided to forming uniform nano particles in the whole graphene while not changing physical properties of grapheme by nanoparticles on grephene by electrically depositing a conductive material on a basal plane without physicochemical surface treatment.;CONSTITUTION: A nano laminated film comprises graphene(2) and nano particle array having conductivity formed on the basal plane of the graphene. The nano particle having conductivity comprises Pd, Cd, Se, Pt, Au, Zn, Co, Fe or alloy thereof. A method for manufacturing the nano laminated film comprises the steps of: forming a mesopore thin film(1) on graphene; forming nano particles by electrically depositing materials having conductivity within the mesopore; and etching the mesopore.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
