PURPOSE: A reflection preventing film and an infrared optics device are provided to improve the weather resistance of a reflection barrier layer by including a weather resistance layer which are formed on a second thin film layer.;CONSTITUTION: A first thin film layer(16) is formed on chalcogenide glass. A second thin film layer(17) is formed on the first thin film layer. The first thin film layer is formed with an ion beam assist evaporation method. The second thin film layer includes one or more assist layers(21) and one or more non-assist layers(22) which are alternatively formed. The assist layers are formed using the ion beam assist evaporation method. The non-assist layers are formed not using the ion beam assist evaporation method.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
